Shipping & Returns


-  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and require an adult signature at time of delivery. 

- Every item in our store has a drop-down selection to choose to have an item shipped or picked up In-Store. Based on the uniqueness in shape and size of all items, most items are shipped individually. For purchasing multiple items, and you have concerns on the shipping cost. Save the items in your cart and contact us via email - [email protected].

- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all other territories and countries will be calculated manually for the best method. Confirmation of shipping outside of the contiguous United States will be communicated via email once we receive your order.

-  Products are shipped next business day after your order is confirmed. If same day shipping is required, please contact us via email or phone, or note in the comments section of your order.

Not all products can be shipped. Those items are listed as store pickup only. Large, heavy items such as vintage furniture will not be shipped through our e-commerce portal. Please call us to complete your order and discuss shipping options. 


- For all items, all sales are final. No returns or store credits are allowed for any returned items. Exceptions may be made for new items that were broken or damaged in transit. We take great care in properly packing all items for secure shipping to avoid any damage due to careless handling during shipping. Please contact us via phone or email if you experienced any issues with items shipped.

-  Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced with a like item. If any item is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we will process a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim has been completed and insurance funds obtained, only then will we complete the refund for your order. We will not reimburse for a denied claim by UPS or USPS prior to, or after, the claims process is complete.
