Tettau, Bavaria, West Germany Cathedral Pot Warmer . Most of the pot warmers or Stövchen (or Little Stoves), seem to have been produced for a short period in the 1950's although a couple new variations were produced in the 70's & 80's. With the advent of electric coffee makers, these were not as popular as they once were in the 50's. Many people today, not knowing how these should be utilized use them as votive candle holders.
